Using it responsibly
Range figures are measured in open ground with clear line of sight. Buildings, woodland and hills will reduce that distance, so do not rely on the full 800 metres in a wooded park.
Start at the lowest setting and only go up if there is no response. Tone and vibration should be your default, with static kept as the exception rather than the routine. Fit the collar so you can slide two fingers underneath, and do not leave it on for long periods, as pressure sores come from a collar left on too tight for too long rather than from the device itself.

We ship to UK addresses. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days, with express delivery of 1 to 2 business days available on selected products and locations. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.
