Kennel and Cattery Disinfectant, 5L Concentrate
A 5L concentrated disinfectant and odour neutraliser made for the surfaces pets actually live on: kennel floors, outdoor runs, catteries, crates and trays. It suits single dog households as much as breeders, groomers and animal care facilities, and the supplied dilution chart lets you mix the right strength for the job rather than guessing.

Neutralises Odours Rather Than Masking Them
The formula is designed to target and eliminate odours at source rather than covering them with a fragrance. That matters in kennels and runs, where a smell that returns after a couple of hours usually means the cause was never dealt with. Four fragrance options are available: Alpine, Lemon, Cherry and Bubblegum.

How to Get the Best Results
Disinfectants work on clean surfaces, not dirty ones, because organic matter such as waste, hair and food residue reduces their effectiveness. The order of work that professional kennels use is always the same:
- Move pets out of the area and empty the space
- Remove solid waste and debris
- Wash with detergent and scrub, then rinse
- Mix this product to the rate shown on the dilution chart, using a measuring jug
- Apply and leave wet for the contact time stated on the label
- Rinse where the label indicates, particularly on surfaces a pet lies on and on bowls
- Allow everything to dry completely before pets return
Always follow the instructions on the label. Store the concentrate out of reach of pets and children, never decant it into an unlabelled container, and never mix it with another cleaning product.

Not Sure Which Disinfectant You Need?
If you are weighing this up against a household disinfectant, or you want to know which cleaning chemicals to avoid around dogs and cats, read our guide to which disinfectants are safe to use around dogs. It covers Dettol, Zoflora, bleach and benzalkonium chloride, explains how to clean a kennel, run or crate step by step, and sets out what to look for before you buy.
If your vet has diagnosed a specific infectious disease such as parvovirus, follow their instructions on what to use rather than relying on a general purpose disinfectant. If you have cats in the household, or anyone with a respiratory condition, request the safety data sheet before use.
