At Cuteness of Dogs, we want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.
Returns
- You may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at order@cutenessofdogs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cutenessofdogs.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
